motor oils become quite hot and are more susceptible to oxidative
and thermal breakdown, resulting in premature engine wear. Many
four-cycle lawn equipment applications do not include oil filters,
so oil dispersants must keep contaminants and wear particles
suspended in the oil until it is drained. As petroleum oil breaks
down, these cleaning additives are quickly depleted, causing

oz. bilingual (English/Spanish) container which is ideal for
treating the 2.5-gallon cans of gas commonly used for storing
mixed gas on the job. Saber Professional is also very good for use
in motorcycles, snowmobiles, ATVs, jet boats and personal
watercraft. Saber Professional is formulated with high-temperature
detergent additives to prevent hard carbon deposits from forming in
these hot-operating motors. Saber Professional is smokeless and
delivers fewer emissions at 100:1 mix ratios than oils mixed at
50:1. Equipment operators subjected to smoke and fumes will benefit

 Two and
four-stroke engines are commonly operated seasonally or
infrequently, and then stored for long periods of time. During these
periods of inactivity, and as a result of fluctuations in ambient
temperatures, water vapor can form condensate within the engine,
eventually becoming surface corrosion on cylinder liners, piston
rings, anti-friction bearings and steel/iron contact surfaces on
rotation seals.

AMSOIL Gasoline Stabilizer
 It is
difficult to drain all of the fuel from equipment before storage,
and doing so would expose the system to other problems, including
the formation of rust and corrosion on the bare metal in the tank
and fuel system and drying and cracking of gaskets and seals. Some
fuels are pre-treated with oxidation inhibitors that allow them to
be stored for short periods without forming excessive deposits,
while other fuels have no inhibitors at all.
